My name is Rachid and I have owned Land in Spain for 3 years and have a vision of building a community for yoga, therapy exchanges, ayurvedic retreats, workshops, organic farming, honey production, , permaculture farming, sustainable living, community living, and much more! I would like to keep this as short and simple as possible, explaining only key points about my project and hopes for this beautiful land In Aragon only a few 100 meters from Catalonia border and situated next to the Beautiful Rio Ebro and Rio Mataraña.
Mi nombre es Rachid y soy propietario de una Finca en España hace 3 años. Tengo la intención de construir una comunidad para practicar yoga, intercambios de terapias, retiros ayurvédicos, talleres, agricultura orgánica, producción de miel,, agricultura de permacultura, vida sostenible, vida comunitaria. , ¡y mucho más! Me gustaría construir esto lo más breve y simple posible, explicando solo los puntos clave de mi proyecto y las esperanzas para esta hermosa tierra en Aragón, a solo unos 100 metros de la frontera con Cataluña y situada junto al hermoso río Ebro y el río Mataraña.

Yurts are an easy option providing a warm sheltered area in the winter and a cool place to relax during the hot summer days. Eco friendly with a low impact on the environment, this is the perfect solution for a base to start the project, providing accommodation for the volunteers of the project.

The land is situated in a peaceful valley, undisturbed, silent, peaceful and surrounded by the wildlife and nature. I lived here here for 3 months in my camper van and it was and amazing experience. I would love to share this land with as many people as possible and create a wonderful community centered environment for people to come and learn, develop, heal and get away from the busy and hectic lifestyle of the cities. The land consists of some fruit trees, grape vines, plenty and I mean plenty of bamboo (perfect for construction) There are plenty of new trees growing and I would love to use this Money to plant many new trees on the land, creating shaded areas and areas for hammocks etc. The possibilities are endless but funding is not, and with your help we can create something beautiful for everyone to share and enjoy.
La tierra está situada en un valle tranquilo, tranquilo, silencioso, pacífico y rodeado por la vida salvaje y la naturaleza. Viví aquí durante 3 meses en mi caravana y fue una experiencia increíble. Me encantaría compartir esta tierra con la mayor cantidad de personas posible y crear un entorno maravilloso centrado en la comunidad para que las personas vengan y aprendan, se desarrollen, se curen y se alejen del ajetreado y agitado estilo de vida de las ciudades. La tierra consta de algunos árboles frutales, vides de uva, mucho y me refiero a un montón de bambú (perfecto para la construcción) Hay muchos árboles nuevos creciendo y me encantaría usar este dinero para plantar muchos árboles nuevos en la tierra, creando áreas sombreadas. y áreas para hamacas, etc. Las posibilidades son infinitas pero la financiación no lo es, y con tu ayuda podemos crear algo hermoso para que todos puedan compartir y disfrutar.

I would love to create a source of income for the community by growing/producing crops and harvesting to sell at organic markets in and around Catalonia, I would like to cultivate herbs,chili peppers, vegetables, essential oils, hand made products, and many other amazing ideas for producing a self sufficient mini farm an bringing and income for the volunteers of the community. I hope to have a van we can all use - collecting pallets, transporting food and materials, bringing guests to the retreats etc
Me encantaría crear una fuente de ingresos para la comunidad cultivando / produciendo cultivos y cosechando para vender en los mercados orgánicos de Cataluña y sus alrededores, me gustaría cultivar hierbas, chiles, verduras, aceites esenciales, productos hechos a mano y muchos más. otras ideas asombrosas para producir una mini granja autosuficiente que genere ingresos para los voluntarios de la comunidad. Espero tener una camioneta que todos podamos usar: recolectar paletas, transportar alimentos y materiales, llevar invitados a los retiros, etc.

There is plenty of space for a yurt, vegetable gardens, ponds, fish, fruit and olive trees, animals and more!! the limits are boundless!
